What is the turn around time on a job ?

This depends on the quantity and type of photos. Typically beauty post production takes much longer than a full framed photograph. The best way to get an accurate turn around time, is to send low res images so I can accurately give you a realistic turn around time. Just a quick note: I believe quality over quantity. Quality is most important. As a reproduction artist, I want to be proud of the work as well and will not rush through anything, ever.
 

What if i am unhappy with results?

I strongly believe working and collaborating together is incredibly important. I do what I think the photo needs, and you as my client, decides if more or less is needed. We will work together until you are happy.
 

What should i expect once i receive the images back?

All images will be sent either via dropbox or sent wetransfer. All images will be high res and to the color mode and dimensions requested.
 

what if i need something in a rush?

Don’t be shy. Reach out and I will do my best to make it happen.
 

how much experience do you have as a retoucher?

I began retouching back in 2001. I graduated with a BFA in photography from The School of Visual Arts in NYC. From there I moved onto working in a big studio, shooting and retouching for campaigns. I fell in love with retouching so much, I decided to go off on my own in 2005 and I never looked back. I have worked with the most incredible people since and feel lucky to have had the chance to meet every single one of them.
